Training Log: Circuit with Ron Sanchez
Programme: 1 hour circuit - 3 minutes of cardio on machines and 1 minute of weights followed by 20 minute abs.
How was it? Tough on the Abs especially!

A blog I started whilst on a GE "Bubble" assignment in Nevada. I'm back in Cambridge (UK) now but still miss the desert and my friends out there.
